How to Read Russian Pokédex Entries and Move Descriptions

Understanding the Translated Interface

Once the resource pack is installed, all Pokédex entries, move names, and ability descriptions will display in Russian. Open your Pokédex by catching or interacting with a Pokémon, then navigate to any entry to see the full Russian translation.

Finding Specific Information

When viewing a Pokémon's summary screen:

• Stats labels (HP, Attack, Defense, etc.) appear shortened to fit the menu without overflow
• Move names display in Russian in both the summary and battle screens
• Abilities show Russian names and descriptions when you hover over them
• Nature effects are translated, showing how each nature modifies your Pokémon's stats

For Mega Evolution and Gigantamax forms, scroll through the Pokédex entries—these special forms now include Russian descriptions that were previously missing. If you're unsure what a stat abbreviation means, the shortened Russian text is designed to convey the same meaning while fitting neatly inside interface boxes.

Using Companion Tools

When using Move Inspector, Spawn Notification, or Counter addons, all notifications and labels will appear in Russian, making it easier to track your Pokémon information in your preferred language.
