Finding and Locating Pokemon Towns in Your World

How Towns Generate

Pokemon towns spawn randomly as you explore your world, similar to vanilla villages. They won't appear at your spawn point—you need to travel outward to discover them. Towns generate in biomes that match their theme, so expect Pallet Town in temperate areas and Pacifidlog Town near water.

Searching Effectively

The best way to locate towns is to travel in a straight line from your base, either on foot or by boat. Towns are distributed across the map like normal villages, so exploring different directions increases your chances of finding variety.

If you're using a mapping mod or tool, towns will appear as village structures on your map. Without one, listen for village ambience sounds and look for distinctive architecture—roofs in region-specific colors are your first clue.

What to Expect

Once you find a town, you'll recognize it by its themed buildings: PokeMarts with their signature red roofs, PokeCenters with healing stations, and residential houses matching the region's aesthetic. Each town contains loot chests filled with useful items, so bring empty inventory space when you arrive.
