How to Craft Crystalline and Polypite Quartz Decorations

Crystalline Quartz and Polypite Quartz are the base forms of the two decorative quartz families. You need Rose Quartz, Smoky Quartz, or Sulfur Quartz as the raw gem input before you can move up to the crystalline and polypite tiers.

Crystalline Variants

Crystalline Rose Quartz, Crystalline Smoky Quartz, and Crystalline Sulfur Quartz are the crystalline forms for each color. Use them as accent blocks, pillars, or feature walls where you want a faceted look that stands apart from the plain Block of Rose Quartz, Block of Smoky Quartz, and Block of Sulfur Quartz.

Polypite Variants

Polypite Rose Quartz, Polypite Smoky Quartz, and Polypite Sulfur Quartz are the polypite forms. These pair well with the crystalline blocks in the same build — alternate rows or columns of crystalline and polypite for a textured wall.

Crystinium

Crystinium is the top-tier quartz material. Reserve it for focal points: a single Crystinium block framed by Crystalline Rose Quartz and Polypite Rose Quartz reads as a deliberate centerpiece. For the surrounding structure, use Rose Quartz Bricks, Rose Quartz Pillar, Rose Quartz Slab, and Rose Quartz Stairs, or the Smoky Quartz and Sulfur Quartz equivalents, so the Crystinium stands out against a consistent quartz backdrop. Stonecutting a Block of Rose Quartz, Block of Smoky Quartz, or Block of Sulfur Quartz supplies the stairs, slabs, and pillars you need for the frame.
