Quagsire Mucus and Quagsire Skin: Where They Come From and What They Make

The Two Core Materials

Quagsire Mucus and Quagsire Skin are the base materials of the mod. Everything else is built from them or from the Quagsire itself.

Where They Come From

Both materials are tied to Quagsire. To get them, use the Quagsire Spawn Egg to spawn a Quagsire, then collect its Quagsire Mucus and Quagsire Skin. The Quagsire Shovel is the tool associated with this material line, so craft it early if you plan to farm in quantity.

What They Make

Mucus and Skin feed into two recipes:

• The Quagsire Shovel, a shaped recipe using Quagsire materials.
• The Quagsire Block, a shaped recipe combining Quagsire Mucus and Quagsire Skin.

Efficient Collection

1. Spawn a Quagsire with the Quagsire Spawn Egg.

2. Gather Quagsire Mucus and Quagsire Skin.

3. Craft the Quagsire Shovel.

4. Use your remaining materials to craft a Quagsire Block.

Since both recipes pull from the same two items, do not spend all your Mucus and Skin on one recipe. Split your stock: keep enough for a shovel, then put the rest toward blocks. If you run low, spawn another Quagsire and repeat the loop.
