Clay Sources

Yellow Clay and Black Clay are the raw clay items. Combine nine of either into Block of Yellow Clay or Block of Black Clay for storage or bulk building.

Brick Variants

Four brick families exist: Black Brick (Black Brick Block, Black Brick Slab, Black Brick Stairs, Black Brick Wall), Rouge Brick (Rouge Brick, Rouge Brick Stairs, Rouge Brick Wall), Yellow Brick, and the plain brick used in Painted Block and Painted Wall. Each family has a slab, stair, or wall variant where listed.

Step-by-Step

1. Gather Yellow Clay or Black Clay.

2. Craft the raw clay into its Block of Yellow Clay or Block of Black Clay form if you need storage.

3. Process the clay into the brick item you want (Black Brick, Rouge Brick, or Yellow Brick) using the mod's smelting or crafting recipe for that brick.

4. Craft the brick into its Block form (Black Brick Block for Black Brick).

5. Cut the block into Black Brick Slab, Black Brick Stairs, or Black Brick Wall for trim.

Using Bricks

Rouge Brick and Rouge Brick Wall suit temple and gate facades. Black Brick Block and its slab, stair, and wall variants suit plinths and low retaining walls. Yellow Brick pairs with Yellow Tile Roof for a matched palette. Painted Block and Painted Wall accept decorative painting and read as plastered surfaces between brick courses.
