Chimes Mod: Crafting the Amethyst, Copper, and Iron Wind Chimes

Metal and Amethyst Chimes

Three of the five chime blocks use mineral materials: the Amethyst Wind Chime, the Copper Wind Chime, and the Iron Wind Chime. Each is made with its own shaped crafting recipe at a crafting table.

• Copper Wind Chime — gather copper ingots and arrange them in the shaped recipe.
• Iron Wind Chime — gather iron ingots and arrange them in the shaped recipe.
• Amethyst Wind Chime — gather amethyst shards and arrange them in the shaped recipe.

Gathering the Materials

Copper ingots come from smelting raw copper from copper ore. Iron ingots come from smelting raw iron or from iron golems. Amethyst shards come from amethyst clusters inside amethyst geodes, which you find underground in certain biomes.

Once you have the ingots or shards, open a crafting table and follow the shaped pattern for the chime you want. Each recipe yields one chime block. Place the finished chime on a wall or ceiling like any other block. If you want the full set of five, also craft the Bamboo Wind Chime and the Glass Wind Bell using bamboo and glass respectively.
