Crafting the Levitation Crystal

The Levitation Crystal is a placeable block and the centerpiece of vertical travel. It is produced through the mod's crafting_shaped recipe type. Place the Levitation Crystal where you want lift to begin — typically at the base of a shaft or beside a wall you want to climb.

Using Levitation Stone

Levitation Stone is the companion item to the Levitation Crystal. Combine the two in your progression: the Crystal provides the lift effect, and Levitation Stone is the material you work with when building the structures that support it. Set a Levitation Crystal at the bottom of a column and another at the top if you want a controlled ascent path.

Practical Build Tips

• Put a Levitation Crystal at the floor of a mineshaft so you can ride up instead of climbing ladders.
• Use Levitation Stone to frame the shaft so you do not drift into walls while rising.
• Keep a Levitation Crystal in your hotbar when exploring caves; placing one gives you a fast exit.
• Pair the Crystal with the Castle in the Sky Trophy once you reach the top, so your landmark and your transport sit together.

Because the Crystal is a full block, you can stack builds around it. Test the lift height in a safe area first, then commit to a permanent tower.
