The carrots:cleanwipe_shaped recipe type is the primary crafting format in Carrots Library. Six recipes use it, and every token craft depends on it.

What Shaped Means

A shaped recipe checks the position of ingredients in the crafting grid, not just their presence. If you scatter the correct items randomly, the craft fails. You must mirror the exact pattern the recipe defines.

Why It Matters for Tokens

All twelve tokens — Arkerellis Token, Copper Token, Diamond Token, Emerald Token, Gold Token, Iron Token, Paper Token, Stone Token, Voidrythium Token, Wood Token, and the others — are produced through this recipe type. Because tokens feed into higher tokens, a single misplaced ingredient early in the chain stalls everything above it.

Working With Bucket Ingredients

Some cleanwipe shaped recipes take bucket items: Cow Milk Bucket, Oat Milk Bucket, Honey Bucket, Tonic Bucket, Potable Water Bucket, Dirty Water Bucket, Liquid Xp Bucket, Seed Oil Bucket, or Squid Ink Bucket. Buckets do not stack, so each craft consumes one bucket per slot it occupies. Keep a reserve.

Practical Workflow

Before crafting, clear your grid completely. Place ingredients one at a time in the required pattern rather than dragging a stack across. After the craft, pull the output and immediately restock the grid if you are repeating the recipe. For token chains, work bottom-up: craft the lowest token in bulk, then feed those results into the next tier.
