How to Craft Sofas and Pillows

Sofa and Pillow Colors

Sofas and Pillows are available in five colors: Black, Blue, Brown, and the remaining palette colors listed in the registry. Each color has a matching Sofa and Pillow block — Black Sofa, Black Pillow, Blue Sofa, Blue Pillow, Brown Sofa, Brown Pillow, and so on.

These are crafted using shaped recipes (crafting_shaped) at a standard crafting table, not at the Carpenter's Table.

Crafting a Sofa

Place the required ingredients in the standard crafting grid in the shaped pattern to produce a Sofa. The color of the Sofa depends on the dye or color component used in the recipe. Repeat with a different color component to produce a Sofa in another color.

Crafting a Pillow

Pillows use their own shaped recipe. Craft a Pillow in the standard crafting grid using the matching color component. Each Pillow matches its Sofa color, so you can pair a Black Sofa with a Black Pillow, a Blue Sofa with a Blue Pillow, and so on.

Arranging a Living Space

Place a Sofa against a wall and set a Pillow on or beside it. Combine Sofas of different colors to define seating zones. Pair a Sofa with a Bedside Table and a Bookshelf for a complete living room. Because Sofas and Pillows use standard crafting rather than the Carpenter's Table, you can produce them anywhere you have a crafting grid and the right color components.
