Verify BoomLib is Loaded Correctly

Check Your Mod List

BoomLib Mod is a library dependency—it doesn't add items or blocks you interact with directly. To confirm it's working:

1. Launch Minecraft with BoomLib installed alongside any dependent mods (such as Boom's Mods suite).

2. Open the Mods menu from the main screen.

3. Search for "BoomLib" in the mod list. You should see it listed with a green checkmark or "loaded" status.

4. If it appears with a red X or error icon, a dependent mod may be missing or incompatible.

Troubleshoot Load Failures

If BoomLib fails to load:

  • Ensure all dependent mods are present in your mods folder.
  • Check that your Minecraft version matches the mod's requirements.
  • Remove any conflicting library mods that might duplicate BoomLib's code.
  • Delete your mod cache and restart the launcher to force a fresh load.

BoomLib should load silently in the background. You won't see new creative tabs or items—its job is to support other mods behind the scenes.
