Resolve Crashes Caused by Missing BoomLib

Identify the Problem

If you see a crash log mentioning missing BoomLib classes or dependencies:

1. Read the error message carefully—it will name which mod is looking for BoomLib.

2. Check your mods folder to confirm BoomLib is actually present.

3. Verify the file isn't corrupted by checking its file size (should be several megabytes, not a few kilobytes).

Fix the Issue

1. Download BoomLib for your exact Minecraft version.

2. Place the .jar file directly into your mods folder.

3. Do not extract or modify the file.

4. Delete the crash-reports and logs folders to clear old errors.

5. Restart your launcher and let it reload mods completely.

6. Launch the game and check if dependent mods now load without errors.

If crashes persist, ensure you're using compatible versions of all mods that depend on BoomLib. Library mods are version-sensitive.
