How to Craft a Boat with Ender Chest

Boat with Ender Chest exists for Oak, Spruce, Birch, Jungle, Acacia, Dark Oak, Cherry, and Mangrove. Bamboo uses Bamboo Raft with Ender Chest, and there is also a Stripped Bamboo Boat with Ender Chest. Note that Dark Oak only has the Ender Chest and Furnace variants in the registry, not a plain chest version.

Crafting and Use

1. Craft a plain boat from your chosen wood.

2. Combine the boat with an ender chest in a crafting grid to get the Boat with Ender Chest.

3. Place it on water, then right-click to open your personal ender inventory.

Because the ender inventory is shared across all your ender chests, this boat lets you deposit or retrieve items anywhere on water without carrying a portable ender chest. It is ideal for long ocean expeditions where inventory space runs out fast.

Practical Tips

Keep one Boat with Ender Chest at each dock or base waterfront as a shared access point. Pair it with a Boat with Furnace on the same trip so you can smelt while travelling and offload finished items into ender storage.
