Adjust Bloom Intensity for Your Setup
Finding the Right Balance
Blush Resource Pack applies a bloom effect to all light sources, but the intensity may feel too strong or too subtle depending on your monitor and graphics settings. You can fine-tune the visual impact without reinstalling.
Steps to Customize
1. Locate your resource pack folder in your Minecraft directory
2. Open the Blush pack files and look for shader or post-processing configuration files (typically in a shaders or settings subfolder)
3. Edit bloom parameters — look for values labeled bloom, glow, or brightness intensity
4. Reduce the value if the effect feels overwhelming in bright areas, or increase it if glows appear too faint in caves
5. Save and reload your world to see changes immediately
Performance Tip
If bloom causes stuttering, lower the bloom radius or intensity rather than disabling it entirely. This keeps the aesthetic while maintaining frame rate, especially when paired with Sodium or similar optimization mods.
