Combine Blue's Core Shaders with Other Resource Packs
Load Order and Compatibility
Blue's Core Shaders works alongside other resource packs, but load order matters. In your Resource Packs menu, position Blue's Core Shaders based on what you want to prioritize:
- Place it above packs you want it to override
- Place it below packs whose textures or shaders should take priority
Since Blue's Core edits core shaders directly, it may conflict with other shader-heavy packs. Test compatibility by loading both packs and checking if visual glitches or unexpected behavior occurs in-game.
Testing Combined Packs
Load into a world and observe different lighting conditions, water, and sky rendering. Look for:
- Texture clashing or misalignment
- Unexpected color shifts
- Performance drops
If conflicts appear, try reordering the packs or disabling one temporarily. Some texture packs are designed to work independently, so combining them may require manual adjustment or choosing between alternatives.
Keep a backup of your working configuration so you can revert if needed.
