Choose the Right Bloodline for Your Playstyle
Understanding Combat Roles
Each bloodline is assigned a combat role that determines its strengths:
- Tank — high durability for absorbing damage (Goliath, Dwarf)
- Attack — high damage output for offensive play (Beastfolk, Draconic)
- Movement — speed and mobility advantages (Shadow Goblin, Faerie)
- Support — utility and group benefits (Celestial, Revenant)
Matching Bloodlines to Your Playstyle
For mining and underground exploration: Choose Dwarf for superior digging efficiency and durability.
For aerial combat and exploration: Pick Faerie, Celestial, or Draconic for flight abilities, though armor restrictions may apply.
For stealth and quick escapes: Shadow Goblin excels at vanishing from sight.
For magic and ranged combat: Elf offers high bow damage with moonlight magic.
For melee warriors: Beastfolk and Goliath provide raw strength and durability.
For water-based gameplay: Merfolk grows a mermaid tail in deep water for aquatic advantages.
Consider your mod configuration settings—flight hunger costs and armor tier limits may affect your choice.
