Configure Block Resistance and Healing Speed

Accessing the Config File

The mod's behavior is controlled through a configuration file. Find it in your server or client config folder and open it with a text editor.

Key Settings to Adjust

1. Block resistance values determine how much damage each material type can take before breaking. Increase values for blocks you want harder to destroy, or decrease them to make raids easier.

2. Healing decay rate controls how quickly damaged blocks recover. A faster rate means blocks heal almost immediately after attacks stop; a slower rate means damage persists longer.

3. Explosion source multipliers let you adjust damage from different sources separately. You can make TNT weaker than creepers, or vice versa, to balance your gameplay.

4. Distance scaling affects how much damage decreases with distance from the blast center. Steeper scaling means only blocks very close to explosions take significant damage.

Applying Changes

After editing the config file, use /block_explosion_damage reload in-game to apply your changes immediately without restarting. Test your adjustments by triggering small explosions and observing block behavior.
