Crafting and Placing Sandstone Variants

Available Sandstone Blocks

This mod adds several sandstone families you can craft and build with: Black Sandstone, Orange Sandstone, and White Sandstone. Each family includes a base block plus cut and chiseled versions. The full list is Black Sandstone, Cut Black Sandstone, Chiseled Black Sandstone, Black Sandstone Slab, Black Sandstone Stairs, Black Sandstone Wall, Cut Black Sandstone Slab, Cut Orange Sandstone, Chiseled Orange Sandstone, Cut Orange Sandstone Slab, Cut White Sandstone, Chiseled White Sandstone, and Cut White Sandstone Slab.

Building with Sandstone Sets

Use the base sandstone block as your main wall or floor material. Cut versions give a smoother, more uniform look for large surfaces. Chiseled versions work well as decorative accents or focal points on a wall. Slabs let you create half-height steps and trim, while stairs handle slopes and rooflines. Black Sandstone Wall is available for vertical barriers or retaining walls in the black set. Because each color family has its own cut and chiseled variants, you can mix them within a single build for contrast. For example, use Cut White Sandstone for a floor and Chiseled White Sandstone as a border. Keep a variety of slabs and stairs on hand so you can adjust shapes without stopping to craft more.
