Creating a Chrysalis

Place a Chrysalis block in your base or in the field. It serves as a growth chamber for biological materials. You will need to feed it organic inputs, which you produce through the Digester and Bio-Forge. Once supplied, the Chrysalis processes the materials over time.

Harvesting Output

When the Chrysalis finishes processing, interact with it to collect the output. The exact drops depend on what you fed it. Common outputs include Exotic Flesh Mix and other biological compounds used in advanced recipes. Keep a Fleshkin Chest nearby to store the results.

Integrating with Your Production Line

Place Maw Hoppers around the Chrysalis to automate input and output. Feed it from a Digester output and pull finished products into storage. If you are producing large quantities of flesh blocks, run several Chrysalis blocks in parallel. Combine this with Bio-Alchemical Fertilizer to speed up growth if the recipe allows. The Chrysalis is a key step between raw digestion and final crafting, so keep it stocked.
