Explore Beyond the Island Safely

Preparing for Exploration

Before leaving the island, craft or gather stone tools, a pickaxe, and a sword. Pack food and torches in your inventory. Mark your path back to the mansion by placing torches or blocks as you go—this prevents you from getting lost in unfamiliar terrain.

Staying Safe in New Areas

Always explore during daylight. If night falls while you're away, find a safe spot—dig into a hillside, build a small shelter with blocks, or climb a tall tree. Never wander in the dark without a clear path home.

Gathering New Resources

Look for caves, mines, or ore deposits. Collect valuable materials like iron, coal, and stone. Use your torches to mark the way as you descend into caves, placing them on one side so you can follow them back out.

Returning Home

When your inventory fills up or the sun begins to set, head back immediately. Follow your torch trail or retrace your steps to the island and mansion. Store everything safely before nightfall, then plan your next expedition.
