How to Craft and Wear Bighorn Hide Armor

Getting the Materials

Kill Bighorn Sheep to obtain Bighorn Hide and Bighorn Meat. Bighorn Sheep Spawn Eggs can be used to place more of them. Each piece of armor requires Bighorn Hide, so gather several before crafting.

Crafting the Set

Craft Bighorn Hide Cap, Bighorn Hide Tunic, Bighorn Hide Pants, and Bighorn Hide Boots using Bighorn Hide in the standard armor crafting shapes. Equip them in the four armor slots.

Cooking the Meat

Smelt Bighorn Meat in a furnace to get Cooked Bighorn Meat, or cook it on a campfire. Cooked Bighorn Meat is safe to eat; raw Bighorn Meat is not. Smoking also works for faster cooking.

Tips

Bighorn Hide armor is a full set, so craft all four pieces for maximum protection. Keep spare Bighorn Hide in case a piece breaks. Bighorn Sheep Spawn Eggs let you farm hide and meat without hunting in the wild.
