Set Up Waypoints for Your Base and Important Locations
Creating Your First Waypoint
Open the waypoint manager using your configured hotkey. Click the button to add a new waypoint at your current location, or manually enter specific coordinates if you're marking a spot you've already found.
Give your waypoint a descriptive name—something like "Main Base" or "Village Trading Post." Choose a custom color and icon that makes sense for that location type. This helps you quickly identify waypoints at a glance.
Organizing with Folders and Tags
Use folders to group related waypoints together. Create separate folders for bases, mines, villages, and structures to keep your list manageable as you explore.
Add tags to waypoints for extra filtering. For example, tag all your mining locations with "Mining" or mark dangerous areas with "Danger" so you can search and sort them later.
Marking Multiple Locations
Repeat this process for every important location you want to track. The mod supports unlimited waypoints, so don't hesitate to mark villages, rare structures, resource deposits, and backup bases. The more you mark, the easier navigation becomes across your world.
