Compare Item Sizes Before and After Installing the Mod

Viewing the Difference

To see how Better Small Items Model changes your first-person view, hold the same item before and after activating the pack.

Steps

1. Without the mod active: Hold a Spyglass, Crafter, or Stonecutter in your main hand and note how much screen space it occupies.

2. Activate the resource pack: Go to your resource pack settings menu and enable Better Small Items Model.

3. Hold the same item again: Equip it in your main hand and observe the reduced size.

4. Test multiple items: Try holding a Calibrated Sculk Sensor, Daylight Detector, Vault, or Heavy Core to see the scaling differences across redstone components and trial chamber loot.

5. Check inventory menus: Open your inventory and compare how buttons and chiseled bookshelves appear in the menu with the pack enabled.

What to Expect

You should notice significantly clearer sightlines when holding utility blocks. The three-dimensional models remain detailed but occupy a smaller portion of your screen, making exploration and building less visually cluttered.
