Pin Your Username to the Top of the Player List

Locate the Self-Pinning Option

Open your mod configuration menu and find the prioritizeSelfInTabList setting.

Enable Self-Pinning

Toggle this option to on. When enabled, your own username will always appear at the top of the tab list, regardless of alphabetical sorting or player join order.

Check Your Position

Join a multiplayer server and press Tab to view the player list. Your name should now be pinned to the top, making it easy to quickly locate yourself among many players.

Combine with Prefix Tags

For even more visibility, enable the showSelfPrefix option to add a custom prefix tag (like [BPD+]) before your pinned username. This makes your entry stand out further in the list.

Use Case

This feature is especially useful on large servers with many players, where finding your own name in a long alphabetical list would otherwise be tedious. Your pinned position persists as long as the setting remains enabled.
