How to Mix Kindling and Lamps in One Build

Combining the Two Families

The mod gives you two block families: the Kindling set and the Terracotta Lamp set. Use Kindling, Kindling Slab, Kindling Stairs, and Kindling Vertical Slab for structure, and the lamps for light and color.

A Simple Build Plan

1. Build the frame from Kindling. Use Kindling Stairs for any sloped roofline and Kindling Vertical Slab for thin corner posts.

2. Cap edges with Kindling Slab so the frame reads as a finished trim.

3. Set lamps into the frame. A single Terracotta Lamp in the center of a wall works as a focal light.

4. Add color with any of the sixteen colored lamps. Yellow Terracotta Lamp and Orange Terracotta Lamp warm up a Kindling interior; Blue Terracotta Lamp and Cyan Terracotta Lamp cool it down.

5. Repeat the same lamp color on opposite walls so the room feels balanced.

Because Kindling and its variants are neutral, every lamp color sits well against them. Start with one Terracotta Lamp, then branch into the colored set once the layout is set.
