How to Craft and Use Terracotta Lamps

Crafting a Terracotta Lamp

Terracotta Lamps are the base light block for this set. All sixteen colored variants share the same crafting logic, so once you know one recipe you can make any of them.

Combine a Terracotta Lamp with the matching dye color to produce a colored lamp. The plain Terracotta Lamp is the starting point; from it you can craft:

Placing Lamps

Place any Terracotta Lamp like a normal block. Use them as floor lights, wall accents, or ceiling fixtures. Because every color exists, you can match a lamp to the surrounding terracotta or concrete palette. Mixing a Terracotta Lamp with a Black Terracotta Lamp and a White Terracotta Lamp gives a neutral trio that works in most builds. Swap in Red Terracotta Lamp or Orange Terracotta Lamp for warm accents, and Blue Terracotta Lamp or Cyan Terracotta Lamp for cool ones.
