How to Make a Basket of Sweet Berries and a Basket of Glow Berries

Crafting the Baskets

Both baskets are made with a shapeless recipe, so the ingredients can sit anywhere in the crafting grid.

• Basket of Sweet Berries — combine Sweet Berry Pips with the other ingredients the recipe calls for in a shapeless grid.
• Basket of Glow Berries — combine Glow Berry Pips the same way.

The pips are the key item for each basket. Get Sweet Berry Pips and Glow Berry Pips first, then place them into the crafting grid together with the remaining ingredients to produce the matching basket.

Using the Baskets

A Basket of Sweet Berries and a Basket of Glow Berries are both placeable blocks. Once crafted, place them down as decoration or as storage for the berries you have collected. Because they are blocks rather than food, they will not be eaten when you right-click them — they stay in the world until you break them.

If you want the berries themselves for cooking, keep the raw Sweet Berry Pips and Glow Berry Pips separate from the baskets. The baskets are the finished block form, while the pips are the crafting ingredient you will need again for other recipes such as Glowgurt and Sweet Berry Meatballs.
