How to Craft and Use the Basket of Glow Berries and Basket of Sweet Berries

Crafting the Baskets

The Basket of Glow Berries and the Basket of Sweet Berries are both blocks, and both are made through crafting recipes. Each basket corresponds to its berry type, so you need Glow Berries for one and Sweet Berries for the other.

1. Collect the matching berries.

2. Open a crafting grid.

3. Follow the basket recipe shown for that berry type.

4. Take the Basket of Glow Berries or Basket of Sweet Berries.

The two baskets are separate registry entries and are not interchangeable. A Basket of Sweet Berries will not accept Glow Berries, and vice versa. If you are crafting both, keep the berry stacks apart on your crafting table so you do not accidentally fill the wrong recipe.

Placing and Using Baskets

Place a basket like any other block by selecting it in your hotbar and using it on a solid surface. Baskets work well as storage or decoration near a berry farm, and they pair naturally with the rest of the Berry Good items you are producing.

Set up a small area with a crafting table, a furnace or smoker, and a chest for pips. Put the baskets nearby so harvested berries go straight into a basket or into the pip recipe. If you are also making Glowgurt, Sweet Berry Mince, and Sweet Berry Meatballs, keep one basket per berry type so the two harvests never get mixed before crafting.
