Using Recall Bells and Echo Recall Bell to Move Animals

Crafting the Bells

Recall Bell and Echo Recall Bell are the two teleport-style tools for relocating animals. Craft Recall Bell first — it is the basic version. Echo Recall Bell is the upgraded variant and is the one you want for repeated or long-distance recalls. Both are placed blocks, not held items, so decide where each bell lives before you craft it.

Recalling Animals

Place your Recall Bell at the destination — the pen, barn, or pasture where you want animals to end up. Ring it to pull animals toward that point. For a two-way setup, place a second bell at the source so you can send animals back and forth without walking the herd. Echo Recall Bell works the same way but covers the longer recalls; use it when the distance between source and destination is too far for the basic bell. Keep the area around each bell clear of fences and blocks so animals have a path to arrive. Pair a bell with a Nesting Basket or Rabbit Nest at the destination so animals have somewhere to settle immediately after arriving.
