Remove the Pumpkin Overlay When Wearing Carved Pumpkins

The Pumpkin Problem

Wearing a carved pumpkin in vanilla Minecraft adds a dark frame around your screen edges, simulating the pumpkin's interior view. This severely limits your peripheral vision during PVP and makes it nearly impossible to see incoming attacks from the sides.

How This Pack Fixes It

Banana's PVP Essentials completely removes the pumpkin overlay while you still wear the pumpkin as armor. You get the armor protection and the cosmetic appearance without the vision penalty.

Using Pumpkins in Combat

Equip a carved pumpkin on your head like any other helmet. You'll notice:

• No black frame appears around your screen edges
• Your full field of view remains clear
• You can see enemies approaching from all angles
• The pumpkin still appears on your character model to other players

Strategic Use

This is valuable for:

• Endermen farms where you need pumpkin protection but full vision
• PVP scenarios where armor matters but visibility is critical
