How to Craft a Netherpack in the Backpacker Mod

Recipe Type

The Netherpack is one of four storage items in the Backpacker Mod: Endersack, Netherpack, Rucksack, and Shulkerpack. It is produced with a shaped crafting recipe, so a crafting table and a precise ingredient arrangement are required.

Crafting the Netherpack

1. Gather the ingredients listed for the Netherpack recipe.

2. Open your crafting table.

3. Arrange the ingredients in the grid to match the shaped pattern exactly. Shaped recipes fail if any ingredient sits in the wrong slot.

4. Take the Netherpack from the result slot.

Carrying and Combining Packs

The Netherpack is a standalone item. Crafting it does not upgrade or consume a Rucksack, Endersack, or Shulkerpack, and none of those items are required to make it. That means you can build a Netherpack on its own as soon as you have its ingredients, then carry it alongside any other packs you already own. Open the Netherpack from your inventory to store and retrieve items while travelling. If you want additional storage, repeat the shaped recipe for each pack type separately.
