Before committing to a sale, you can inspect any container to see exactly how much money you'll receive. This one-click preview helps you decide whether to sell or keep the items.

How to Inspect a Chest

1. Hold the sellwand in your hand

2. Left-click on any container (chest, barrel, or other supported block)

3. The wand will calculate the total value of all items inside

4. A message will display showing the total price

5. The items remain in the chest—nothing is sold yet

You can inspect as many times as you want without any penalty. This is useful for comparing which chests have the most valuable items, or for checking if items are worth selling before you commit.

If you decide to sell after inspecting, simply left-click the chest again. The hologram receipt will show you exactly what items were sold and for how much money.
