How to Find, Hatch, and Cook Turkeys

Getting Turkey Eggs

Turkeys drop Raw Turkey and Raw Turkey Piece when killed. They also lay Turkey Eggs, which you can collect and store in a Crate of Turkey Eggs. A Turkey Spawn Egg exists if you need to place a turkey directly.

Hatching and Raising Turkeys

Place Turkey Eggs to hatch them. Once hatched, turkeys roam and can be bred or harvested for Raw Turkey and Raw Turkey Piece. Keep a Crate of Turkey Eggs near your coop so you always have eggs ready to place.

Cooking Turkey

Raw Turkey and Raw Turkey Piece can be cooked three ways: smelting in a furnace, cooking on a campfire, or smoking in a smoker. All three produce Cooked Turkey and Cooked Turkey Piece. Cooked Turkey is the full-bird food; Cooked Turkey Piece is the smaller portion. Use the smoker for the fastest results when you have a large batch.

Foul Berries and Other Food

Foul Berries grow on Foul Berry Bush and Tall Foul Berry Bush. Harvest them and store them in a Basket of Foul Berries. Foul Berry Pips let you plant new bushes, and Potted Foul Berries is the decorative potted form. Foul Soup is made from Foul Berries. Autumn Crocus and Potted Autumn Crocus are also available for decoration. Pumpkin Bread and Pancake round out the food options, both using Syrup Bottle.
