Setup Your Inventory

Before you start mining, place spare tools of the same type and material in your main inventory alongside your active mining tool. For example, if you're using a diamond pickaxe, keep extra diamond pickaxes in your inventory slots.

Mine Continuously

Mine normally with your active tool. When the durability runs out and your tool breaks, the plugin automatically detects this and swaps in a matching replacement tool from your inventory into your hand.

What Happens Next

You'll immediately have a fresh tool ready to use without interruption. Keep mining as if nothing happened. The broken tool remains in your inventory as a broken item—it doesn't disappear or get repaired automatically.

Pro Tip

Carry multiple spare tools if you're doing extended mining sessions far from home. The plugin only swaps one tool at a time, so plan your inventory space accordingly. This works with any tool type: pickaxes, axes, shovels, hoes, and swords.
