Craft Crystal Glass

Crystal glass is a decorative glass variant in the mod. Craft the base Crystal Glass block, then dye it to produce colored versions: Black Stained Crystal Glass, Blue Stained Crystal Glass, and Brown Stained Crystal Glass. Each stained block also has a Pane variant for windows.

Framed Crystal Glass

Beyond plain stained glass, the mod adds framed versions. Deadwood Framed Crystal Glass and Palm Framed Crystal Glass combine crystal glass with wood frames. Each has stained variants: Black Stained Deadwood Framed Crystal Glass, Blue Stained Deadwood Framed Crystal Glass, Brown Stained Deadwood Framed Crystal Glass, and the matching Palm Framed versions. Each also has a Pane form.

Where to Use Each Type

• Crystal Glass and its stained variants: clean windows and skylights.
• Deadwood Framed Crystal Glass: windows in deadwood-themed builds.
• Palm Framed Crystal Glass: windows in palm-themed builds.
• Pane variants: narrow windows, greenhouse walls, and decorative dividers.

Building Tips

• Craft panes in bulk; each pane recipe yields multiple panes from one glass block.
• Match the frame wood to the surrounding build: deadwood frames for deadwood structures, palm frames for palm structures.
• Use stained crystal glass to color-code rooms or mark entrances.
• Combine framed and unframed glass in the same wall for visual variety.

Crystal glass is the mod's primary window material, so keep a chest of each color and frame type near your build site.
