Crafting and Using Arid Sandstone and Arid Glass

Arid Sandstone Family

Arid Sandstone is the base block. From it you can craft Arid Sandstone Slab, Arid Sandstone Stairs, and Arid Sandstone Wall for full building coverage. Chiseled Arid Sandstone is the decorative variant.

Red variants exist separately: Chiseled Red Arid Sandstone and Cut Red Arid Sandstone, plus Cut Red Arid Sandstone Slab. Use stonecutting to convert base blocks into cut and chiseled forms efficiently.

Arid Glass

Arid Glass and Arid Glass Pane are the transparent options. Use Arid Glass Pane for windows and Arid Glass for larger glazed sections.

Building Steps

1. Gather Arid Sandstone.

2. Run it through a stonecutter for slabs, stairs, walls, cut, and chiseled variants.

3. Add Arid Glass Pane for windows.

4. Mix Chiseled Arid Sandstone into walls for texture.

Palette Notes

Arid Sandstone pairs with Dolerite for contrast and with Carmine Shingles for warm roofs. Cut Arid Sandstone Slab works well as a floor trim between full blocks.
