Inspect 3D vegetation in lush caves and deserts
Finding and observing updated plants
Vegetation like bamboo, cacti, and big dripleaves now use layered 3D models with realistic branch angles and depth.
For big dripleaves:
1. Locate a lush cave biome
2. Find big dripleaves growing from the ground or hanging from above
3. Jump or walk on the leaf surface
4. Watch the leaf tilt and shift in 3D as it responds to your movement
For bamboo and cacti:
1. Visit a jungle (bamboo) or desert (cacti)
2. Observe the thick, layered 3D surfaces on each segment
3. Note the distinct branch angles that differ from vanilla geometry
Why this matters
These changes make natural terrain feel more detailed and alive, especially in multiplayer bases where players gather resources. The 3D leaves and branches cast better shadows and look more organic when viewed from different angles.
