How to Craft and Use Abyssaline Bricks and Tiles

Crafting the Base Blocks

Start with Abyssaline. Craft Abyssaline Bricks from Abyssaline in a crafting grid, then craft Abyssaline Tiles the same way. Both are the parent blocks for a full family of shapes.

Cutting Shapes

Take Abyssaline Bricks to a stonecutter to produce Abyssaline Brick Slab, Abyssaline Brick Vertical Slab, and Abyssaline Bricks variants. Do the same with Abyssaline Tiles for Abyssaline Tile Slab and Abyssaline Tile Vertical Slab. Use a crafting table for the stair and wall variants if the stonecutter does not list them.

Decorative Additions

Craft Chiseled Abyssaline Bricks from Abyssaline Bricks for a detailed face. Craft Abyssaline Pillar for vertical accents, Abyssaline Plating for flat panels, and Abyssaline Lamp for light. Place the Lamp where you want glow without a torch.

Build Order

Lay Abyssaline as the foundation, cap it with Abyssaline Bricks, then break the surface with Abyssaline Tiles on floors. Use Vertical Slabs on corners and Pillars on columns. Swap in Chiseled Abyssaline Bricks every few blocks to break repetition. Finish with Abyssaline Plating around doorways and Abyssaline Lamp overhead.
