Ore Bricks

Craft Coal Ore Bricks, Iron Ore Bricks, Gold Ore Bricks, Diamond Ore Bricks, Emerald Ore Bricks, Lapis Ore Bricks, and Redstone Ore Bricks in the crafting grid. Each has its own color and texture, so pick by the ore you want to display.

Cutting Shapes

Take any Ore Bricks block to a stonecutter for its Slab, Vertical Slab, Stairs, and Wall variants. For example, Coal Ore Bricks yields Coal Ore Brick Slab, Coal Ore Brick Vertical Slab, Coal Ore Brick Stairs, and Coal Ore Brick Wall. Do the same for the other ore brick types.

Chiseled Variants

Craft Chiseled Coal Ore Bricks, Chiseled Iron Ore Bricks, Chiseled Gold Ore Bricks, Chiseled Diamond Ore Bricks, Chiseled Emerald Ore Bricks, Chiseled Lapis Ore Bricks, and Chiseled Redstone Ore Bricks from their plain brick blocks. Use Chiseled blocks as focal points in a wall of plain Ore Bricks.

Cracked Variants

Smelt Coal Ore Bricks in a furnace to get Cracked Coal Ore Bricks. Use cracked blocks at the base of walls or near water for a worn look.

Build Tip

Band a room with one ore brick type, then inset Chiseled blocks every few blocks. Use Vertical Slabs on corners and Walls as a low parapet.
