How to Craft the Initiate Wand in the Arcanus Mod

Gather the ingredients

The Initiate Wand is the first tool you should make. Its recipe is a crafting_shaped recipe, so the position of each ingredient in the grid matters. You need the exact items the recipe calls for; check the recipe viewer (JEI/REI) in your pack for the precise grid layout before you start.

Craft it at a crafting table

1. Place a crafting table and open it.

2. Arrange the Initiate Wand ingredients in the shaped pattern shown by your recipe viewer.

3. Take the finished Initiate Wand from the output slot.

Because this is a shaped recipe, shifting ingredients into random slots will not work — the pattern must match. Once crafted, the Initiate Wand stays in your inventory as your primary Arcanus tool.
