How to Craft and Use the Mana Flask

Crafting the Mana Flask

The Mana Flask is made with a crafting_shapeless recipe. Unlike shaped recipes, ingredient position does not matter here — you can drop the required items into any slots of the crafting grid and the output will still appear.

1. Open a crafting table (or your inventory crafting grid).

2. Place the Mana Flask ingredients in any arrangement.

3. Pull the Mana Flask from the output slot.

Check your recipe viewer for the exact ingredient list. Because the recipe is shapeless, you do not need to memorize a pattern.

Using the Mana Flask

Carry the Mana Flask alongside your Initiate Wand. The flask is a registry item in the Arcanus Mod, so it is intended to be used with the mod's other content rather than on its own. Keep it in your hotbar when you are working with Arcanus blocks so it is ready when needed.

Progression order

A practical order is: craft the Initiate Wand first (shaped recipe), then the Mana Flask (shapeless recipe). After that, move on to the placeable blocks — the Bookshelf and the Display Case — which you set down in your base. The smithing_transform recipe is a later upgrade step; handle it once you already have the wand and flask in hand.
