Learning Your First Spells

Unlike traditional magic mods, Arcana Concept teaches you spells through survival. Take fall damage, burn in fire, or interact with the world in harsh ways to unlock conceptual runes. Each action you survive reveals new magical knowledge tracked in your Mental Capacity.

Once you've unlocked runes, open your mental casting wheel to view them. Arrange your discovered runes in the correct sequence to form spell equations. Your Mental Capacity determines which spell ranks you can cast—higher ranks require stronger mental focus. Cast spells by spending mana when your capacity meets the requirement.

As you grow stronger, your Ethereal Grimoire expands with new entries. Every 30 in-game days, the Arcana Alignment event triggers to boost your magical limits further.
