Troubleshoot Missing or Incorrect Apple Textures
Diagnosing Texture Problems
If you see standard hearts instead of apples, or if apple textures appear broken or misaligned, the resource pack may not be loading correctly.
Basic Troubleshooting Steps
1. Open your resource pack menu and confirm Apple Hearts is enabled (should show a checkmark)
2. Verify it appears in the "Selected" column, not the "Available" column
3. Restart your game completely after enabling the pack
4. Load into a world and take damage to refresh the health display
5. Check if all apple variants appear (red, golden, green, blue, and withered)
Load Order Issues
If some textures work but others don't, another resource pack may be overriding Apple Hearts. Move Apple Hearts higher in your resource pack list so it loads last and takes priority. Disable other texture packs one at a time to identify conflicts.
Minecraft Version Mismatch
Ensure your resource pack version matches your Minecraft version. Older or newer versions may have compatibility issues. If textures still fail to load after these steps, try removing and reinstalling the resource pack completely.
