Upgrading Spawners with Runes and Spawner Upgrade Runes

Applying Spawner Runes

A Spawner Rune is the base item used to modify a mob spawner. To apply a rune, combine it with the spawner you want to change. Each rune applies a specific effect to the spawner it is used on.

Choosing a Rune

Different runes change different spawner behaviors. Rune of Control, Rune of Debilitation, Rune of Defiance, Rune of Echoes, Rune of Immolation, Rune of Perpetual Twilight, Rune of Silence, Rune of Solitude, Rune of Spawning Range, Rune of Stupor, and Rune of Youth each modify the spawner in their own way. Pick the rune whose effect matches how you want the spawner to behave.

Spawner Upgrade Runes

To push a spawner further, use a Spawner Upgrade Rune. The Frontiersman's Spawner Upgrade Rune, Mountaineer's Spawner Upgrade Rune, Thundering Spawner Upgrade Rune, and Wayfarer's Spawner Upgrade Rune are the upgrade variants. Apply one to a spawner to upgrade it. An Infused Spawner Rune is also available for infusion-based spawner work.
