How to Get Started with Animal Crops

Gather the Base Materials

Begin by collecting the two seed-type items: %s Seeds and %s Spores. These are the foundation of every other item in the mod. Plant %s Seeds to grow Animal Crops, and use %s Spores where a spore-based block is needed.

Build Your First Blocks

Once you have Animal Crops growing, harvest them to obtain Animal Pollen. Animal Pollen is the key ingredient for the decorative and functional blocks in the mod.

Use Animal Pollen to produce:

• Anemonemal — a block form you can place in the world.
• Animal Shrooms — a mushroom-like block.
• Magnemones — another placeable block.

Each of these three blocks is crafted using Animal Pollen as the core input. Exact grid layouts follow the standard crafting shape for the block you are making; keep Animal Pollen in the center and surround it with the appropriate filler the recipe calls for.

Progression Order

1. Obtain %s Seeds and %s Spores.

2. Grow and harvest Animal Crops.

3. Convert the harvest into Animal Pollen.

4. Craft Anemonemal, Animal Shrooms, and Magnemones from Animal Pollen.

Work through these steps in order. Skipping the Animal Crops stage leaves you without Animal Pollen, and without Animal Pollen none of the three blocks can be made.
