Switch Between Spanish Dialects in Amendments

Choosing Your Regional Spanish Variant

The Amendments Spanish Translation Resource Pack includes multiple Spanish language variations to match your regional dialect. This ensures item names, block descriptions, and menu text feel natural and familiar.

How to Change Your Dialect

1. Open your resource packs folder in your Minecraft directory

2. Locate the Amendments Spanish Translation Resource Pack folder

3. Open the assets folder, then navigate to the language files

4. Look for files named with language codes (for example, es_es.json for Spain Spanish, es_mx.json for Mexican Spanish)

5. The pack will automatically detect your Minecraft language setting

6. To change dialects, go to Options > Language in the main menu

7. Select your preferred Spanish variant from the dropdown list

8. Return to your world—all text will update immediately

Tips

Different regions use different words for the same items. If translations seem unfamiliar, try switching to another Spanish variant. You can test multiple dialects without reinstalling anything. The slang and terminology will adjust throughout menus, creative inventory, and item tooltips.
