Accessing The End

The End is an alternative hunting ground where Unown spawn freely:

1. Locate a stronghold (see guide: Catch Your First Unown Letter)

2. Find the End Portal frame blocks inside

3. Place Eyes of Ender in each of the 12 frame blocks

4. Jump into the activated portal

Hunting Strategy in The End

Unown appear throughout The End's islands and void areas:

1. Explore the main island and outer islands for Unown encounters

2. Bring healing items and blocks to build bridges across the void

3. Watch for Unown floating in the purple sky—they're easier to spot here

4. Use the same weakening and catching strategy as in strongholds

5. The End's open layout makes it easier to spot multiple Unown at once

The End is ideal for grinding specific letters since Unown spawn more frequently here. Return to the Overworld using the exit portal near the End's center.
