Catch Your First Unown Letter

Finding Unown in Strongholds

Unown spawn naturally inside underground strongholds. To locate one:

1. Find a stronghold by following Eyes of Ender (crafted from Ender Pearls and Blaze Powder)

2. Throw the Eyes of Ender and follow their flight path downward

3. They will lead you toward the nearest stronghold structure

4. Dig down carefully to avoid fall damage, or follow the path they indicate

Catching Your First Letter

Once inside the stronghold:

1. Explore the corridors and chambers—Unown will appear as floating letter-shaped Pokémon

2. Approach carefully; Unown may flee if startled

3. Weaken the Unown with your Pokémon's attacks (reduce its health but don't defeat it)

4. Throw Poké Balls when its health is low for better catch rates

5. Ultra Balls or Great Balls increase your chances if standard balls fail

Note that each Unown you catch represents one letter of the alphabet. Keep track of which letters you've collected to work toward completing the full set.
