How to Smelt and Blast Raw Metal into Ingots

Raw Ore to Ingot

Raw Aluminum, Raw Cadmium, Raw Chromium, Raw Lead, Raw Silver, Raw Tin, and Raw Zinc each smelt or blast into their matching ingot. Both smelting and blasting recipes exist for these, so a furnace works and a blast furnace works faster. Feed the raw item in and collect Aluminum Ingot, Cadmium Ingot, Chromium Ingot, Lead Ingot, Silver Ingot, Tin Ingot, or Zinc Ingot.

Alloy Blends to Ingots

The alloy blends — Raw Brass Blend, Raw Bronze Blend, Raw Pewter Blend, Raw Steel Blend, Raw Duralumin Blend, Raw Electrum Blend, Raw Nicrosil Blend, and Raw Bendalloy Blend — also smelt or blast into their ingots. The output is Brass Ingot, Bronze Ingot, Pewter Ingot, Steel Ingot, Duralumin Ingot, Electrum Ingot, Nicrosil Ingot, or Bendalloy Ingot respectively. Treat a blend exactly like raw ore: one input, one ingot out.

Storing Ingots

Once smelted, ingots can be packed into storage blocks. Aluminum Block, Brass Block, Bronze Block, Cadmium Block, Chromium Block, Duralumin Block, Electrum Block, Lead Block, Nicrosil Block, Pewter Block, Silver Block, Steel Block, Tin Block, and Zinc Block each hold a full set of ingots. Raw materials have their own blocks too: Block of Raw Aluminum, Block of Raw Cadmium, Block of Raw Chromium, Block of Raw Lead, Block of Raw Silver, Block of Raw Tin, and Block of Raw Zinc.
