Ride and Travel on New Pokémon

Identifying Rideable Pokémon

Not every new Pokémon in All the Mons can be ridden. The mod includes many creatures specifically designed for traversal, but you'll need to identify which ones first. Check your Pokédex—rideable Pokémon are flagged with riding information in their entries.

Large Pokémon are typically rideable, especially those with broad backs or natural saddle-like features. Legendary creatures like Entei (shown in the mod's screenshots) can be ridden across terrain.

How to Ride

Once you've caught a rideable Pokémon, send it out into the world. Approach it and interact (right-click on most servers) to mount it. The Pokémon will then carry you across the landscape.

Riding is faster than walking and lets you traverse terrain more easily. Different Pokémon have different speeds and abilities—some may climb better, others move faster on flat ground.

Dismount by sneaking (default: Shift key) or interacting again. Your Pokémon will stay nearby, ready to be called back into its Poké Ball or ridden again.
