How to Cook Meat and Use the Ender Flute and Handbook

Cooking Meat

AdventureZ adds several raw meats that can be cooked. Use a furnace, smoker, or campfire to cook them. The cooking recipes include smelting, smoking, and campfire_cooking, so any of those three stations works. The cooked results are Cooked Venison, Cooked Rhino Meat, Cooked Mammoth Meat, Cooked Warthog Meat, Cooked Iguana Meat, and Cooked Ender Whale Meat. Each cooked meat restores more hunger than its raw form, so cook everything you gather before eating.

Place the raw meat in the top slot of a furnace or smoker, or directly on a campfire, and wait for it to finish. Smokers cook food faster than furnaces, while campfires cook without fuel but take longer.

Using the Ender Flute

The Ender Flute is a registry item in AdventureZ. Hold it and use it to produce its effect. Keep it in your hotbar when exploring so you can activate it quickly. It is crafted with a crafting recipe, so check your recipe book or the Handbook for the exact ingredients.

Using the Handbook

The Handbook is your in-game reference. Craft it first, then open it to read about AdventureZ items, blocks, and recipes. Use it whenever you forget how to make the Dragon Saddle, Gilded Netherite armor, Ivory Arrows, or the Chiseled Polished Blackstone Holder. The Chiseled Polished Blackstone Holder is a block made with a stonecutting recipe, and the Blackstone Golem Arm is a separate item used in crafting. The Handbook lists these so you do not need to guess.
